At NexaStudio, we build professional tools for macOS and iOS. We believe that privacy is a fundamental human right. This policy explains how our applications (NEWIPTV, ARcar, SpeechToSpeech, and MyScanner) handle your data.

1. Data Ownership

We do not own your data. All content you import, create, or process within our apps (such as IPTV playlists, M3U links, or scanned documents) is stored directly on your device or your personal iCloud account. We have no access to this data.

2. Camera and Microphone Access

• ARcar: Uses the camera solely to render augmented reality content. No images or videos are transmitted.
• SpeechToSpeech: Uses the microphone for real-time translation. Audio is processed locally or via encrypted Apple system services.
• MyScanner: Uses the camera to detect documents. Processing happens entirely on-device.

3. IPTV Content (NEWIPTV)

NEWIPTV is a media player and does not provide any content. We do not track your streaming history, channel lists, or viewing habits. Your login credentials for Xtream Codes or Stalker Portals are stored securely in your device's Keychain.

4. Third-Party Services

Our apps may use official Apple services (like iCloud or App Store) and metadata providers (like TMDB for movie info). These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Analytics

We may receive anonymous technical data (crash reports) through Apple's opt-in developer tools. This information is used strictly to improve app stability and does not identify you personally.
